I’ve been meaning to ck out “Getting Things Done” and will now that you also suggest it. I’m amazed by something I’m now reading called “Talent is Overrated” by Geoff Colvin. Some trite pop psych 101. but some great to the point examples of what makes people perform/execute/create better than others. More than IQ and/or effort.
