I&#039;ve been meaning to ck out &quot;Getting Things Done&quot; and will now that you also suggest it. I&#039;m amazed by something I&#039;m now reading called &quot;Talent is Overrated&quot; by Geoff Colvin. Some trite pop psych 101. but some great to the point examples of what makes people perform/execute/create better than others. More than IQ and/or effort.
