Agree, agree, agree. One thought leader in the social media space and in the legal profession who keeps up on this sort of thing is Bob Ambrogi @ambrogi. We met about a month ago at this event: He&#039;s a social media practioner with a terrific law background- and vice versa.

		<description>T -  I, too, found the legal folks fascinating, especially since there have been very few cases to date to hit the courts regarding social media. Important to take away what we can from those cases, and have a communications policy that clearly lays out expectations for employees when using any comm. tool, including social.</description>
