Dialogue is Hiring…

The great news for 2010 is that Dialogue is growing leaps and bounds. The bad news is that we can’t keep up with it all… But I’ll take that combination any day.

I’m hiring for a part time to permanent position here in Boston immediately.

I’m not going to give this position a title because as the company grows, this position can morph into lots of different directions. Here are some basic expectations and core competencies for the role…

  • You are an excellent writer. You probably went to a liberal arts college and wrote a lot of term papers. You can write a white paper, tweet about just about anything, and may have even dabbled in blogging.
  • You know social media. You know key players, key businesses and the events that give us the pulse of what we do everyday.
  • You are entrepreneurial. You do whatever it takes to get things done. You take the initiative, ask the right questions, and challenge yourself (and me!)

Experience. You are most likely a recent graduate or maybe still in school finishing up looking for a head start on the job market.

Location. I’m based in Boston. I’ve tried working with remote people before and it hasn’t worked as well as I thought it would. But if you’re a great candidate from say, San Francisco, and we end up working together, learn to love Skype.
